Our client, a dynamic and multidisciplinary wellness centre in Bundoora, is seeking a number of dedicated Psychologists to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a setting alongside professionals in psychology, naturopathy, nutrition, and massage therapy, with a strong focus on holistic care.
What Our Client Offers:
* Subcontracting Arrangement: You’ll receive 60% of the session fees, with full administrative support provided, so you can focus on your clients.
* Administrative Support: Receptionist handles all bookings, invoicing, and referrals. No need to worry about admin work.
* Flexible Work Arrangements: Choose your own days and hours. Start with 2 days per week and gradually increase as your caseload builds.
* Monthly Payments: Income paid monthly in a timely manner, allowing you to manage your time and finances efficiently.
* Broad Client Base: Referrals include a mix of teenagers and adults, primarily through GP referrals. Typical issues include work-related stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and general mental health.
* Supervision and Team Support: Supervision is encouraged, with the option to schedule sessions as needed. The team fosters a supportive, welcoming, collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
* Client Flexibility: Work with the clients that fit your expertise and preferences, no rigid caseload expectations.
Key Details:
* Session Rate: $215 per 50-minute session, consistent across the board.
* Caseload Flexibility: Choose the number of clients you want to see each day.
* Assessments: Not offered currently, but optional for those interested in expanding their practice.
* Holistic Environment: Be part of a clean, bright, and newly furnished clinic alongside a friendly multidisciplinary team of psychologists, naturopaths, nutritionists, and physiotherapists.
Ideal Candidate:
* Registered Psychologist: You must be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Experience Across Age Groups: Experience working with adolescents and adults is highly desirable, as this forms a significant part of the referral base.
* Passionate About Mental Health: A genuine interest in helping clients manage a range of mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
* Team-Oriented: Openness to participate in peer supervision and contribute to the collaborative, supportive atmosphere of the clinic.
