Duties
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs.
2. Maintain an expert knowledge of our brand's history, collections, and latest trends to effectively communicate with customers.
3. Ensure the visual merchandising standards are met by arranging displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
4. Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Skills & Experience
6. Previous management experience in retail.
7. Confident with rostering.
8. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
9. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
11. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
