1. A truly talented Chef with a professional approach, great passion and flair for the industry and food.
2. Experience at 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment is ideal or at least 5 years' experience in 2 AA Rosette within a similar role or above.
3. You will be responsible for the preparation and service in a particular section supporting the team and helping colleagues.
4. Bringing a calm mature approach with a resilient nature that thrives under pressure.
5. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail.
6. Dedicated excellent team player with strong communication skills.
7. Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
8. Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
9. Full time permanent position 48 hours per week
10. Salary £30,000 per annum
11. Overtime paid
12. An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually)
