The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a focused and motivated individual in the position of Customer Support Representative. Based out of our Wacol branch this role will have you working with a customer base to improve customer service by providing solutions to our customer’s challenges.
You will be supported by the Brisbane Branches and backed by our OEM parts department, OEM service support and OEM solutions including preventative maintenance programs. The position focuses on the Brisbane North and Sunshine Coast to Bundaberg region. This role will involve traveling/over nights stays were required.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business
2. Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets
3. Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers’ needs and conducting B2B sales negotiations
4. Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity
To be successful you will need:
5. Strong technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
6. Demonstrated success in a similar sales role
7. Be self-motivated and be able to build long term relationships
8. Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
9. The ability to travel as required within your region
