We have built a strong foothold here in QLD, working with some of the nation’s largest real estate franchises. We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager/Business Development Manager to manage existing customers plus drive business growth to the next level. About the Role You’ll join our experienced sales team across Australia, and most of your time will be spent doing presentations face to face in the field, and some online. The ability to build strong meaningful relationships with existing accounts whilst also signing up new business will be where your previous experience sets you apart. It's what you do and it's what you love. You will be supported very well, and our products cost your future client base nothing - It’s an easy sell. The Real Estate industry value relationships, you need to build trust through offering unrivalled customer service and you need to possess a friendly, resilient demeanour. It will certainly work in your favour if you have existing relationships in the industry, but a good understanding of digital advertising, software and consultative sales skills is just as important to succeed in this role. About you • Experience working in and/or contacts in the Real Estate sector is highly desirable, but not essential • Sales Experience is a must but so is the cultural fit, both within the team and our customers. • You have the passion to look after your existing clients all the way through BUT you also love the hunt for new business • You are a confident & articulate presenter both in person and online • You earn the trust of your customers and always follow through on your commitments • You have a sense of humour • You are driven to make money - commission is uncapped, and our products are awesome • This role is predominately North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast clientele and where you will spend most your time travelling, so location in this area is preferrable.
