Location: All LocationsWorking Arrangement: HybridSecurity clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline clearanceKey duties and responsibilities:CRM developers will be responsible for creating CRM modules and workflows based on documented user stories and requirements to support different stages of the regulatory compliance process. They will also configure CRM connectors and integrations to ensure smooth data flow between various systems, such as Azure SQL, the Department’s finance system (TechOne), and the Data Platform. Additionally, developers will customize the CRM interface to enhance the user experience. They will collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary agile project team and contribute to maintaining and improving technical design documentation.Requirements:Response must be as a one-page pitch addressing the essential criteria:Essential Criteria:Technical (D365): Proven experience in developing and configuring D365 modules, as well as integrating external data sources into D365. Strong skills in configuring CRM workflows and dashboards based on documented user stories and requirements, as well as customizing dashboards for different business users. Experience in developing CRM security models, access controls, and role permissions, along with performing data migrations into CRM, including scripting.Technical (Ancillary): Demonstrated expertise in areas such as Azure Service Bus integration, Dataverse API integration, and developing Power Automate flows and background workflow plug-ins. Proficiency in ASP.Net, .Net framework, and C# development. Experience managing source control, builds, and deployments using Azure DevOps, as well as tracking and managing tasks in Azure DevOps and SharePoint Online.Cultural Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, effectively communicate progress and task statuses against deadlines, and adapt to changes in direction or scope as new information emerges.
