CELOTTI WORKFORCE is actively hiring experienced Civil Labourers for long-term projects in Hervey Bay, QLD. Role & Responsibilities: As a Civil Labourer, you will be key in supporting civil construction projects. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Assisting with earthworks and excavation Trenching, backfilling, and compacting materials Site preparation and clean-up Pipe laying, concreting and other civil infrastructure tasks Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment Benefits Pay: $37.11/hour Penalties Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. 10 - 12hr days - plenty of overtime available On-going work Weekly pay Immediate starts Our Ideal Candidate: Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable Blue/White Construction card Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc. RII/OHS Machinery tickets desirable eg. Roller, Front-End Loader, Compactor Proven experience as a civil labourer Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. The ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
