About the role:
Are you a Payroll Officer/ Administrator who has extensive experience in Employment Hero, QuickBooks or KeyPay, and now looking to step up in your career? Our North Sydney Payroll team is currently looking for a Senior Associate, Payroll Services (how the job title is named internally) to join the team! Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Payroll Services and its growth.
Our hybrid arrangement is WFH 3 days per week.

What will you be working on?
You will be processing payroll for clients from start to finish using KeyPay payroll software.
Managing the preparation and lodgement of Payroll Tax, workers’ compensation enrolment and renewal and Superannuation.
Together with the team, you will be processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments.
Responsible for the maintenance of payroll system data.
Resolving payroll discrepancies and queries.
Complying with relevant awards and legislation.
This may suit you if you have:
A diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/ Finance.
Over 3 years of payroll experience (Payroll Admin, Assistant, Officer etc)
Experience in processing payroll using KeyPay, Employment Hero or QuickBooks software.
High attention to detail and demonstrate good client service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate effectively with non-payroll background stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn new skills and knowledge with the team.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
