Description This role requires office administration activities for the QLD team as well as executive assistant tasks for our Head of Sales and Marketing Key Responsibilities Management of office calendars and meetings Ordering stationery and other office kitchen supplies Executing travel arrangements for the Sales department (upon request) Assist with management of our Corporate travel management platform (CTM) and other travel platforms Assist with vehicle fleet servicing, registration and licensing. Manage cleaning contract for the offices Support the People, Sustainability and Systems team by updating registers, filing and completing data entry tasks from time to time.
