Administration Support Officer
* Reporting to the Partnership and Innovation Team
* Based in our Northern Region (Singleton/Speers Point)
About the role:
In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Health Partnership team. You will have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a primary focus on managing the team inbox, assisting the Industry Health Partners (IHPs) and actioning any ad hoc customer enquiries. A respectful approach to customers is essential, as well as a solid understanding of privacy and confidentiality procedures to respond accurately to queries and reporting requests.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing centralised team inbox including being the first point of contact for customers and/or clients
* Action specific customer requests, providing customer support, and education as required
* Order 43 advice and customer support
* Managing and providing service provision quotes
* Monthly reporting
* Booking and Managing team travel and accommodation requirements
* Maintaining accurate information and file management
About you:
Your education, experience and skills will include:
* HSC or TAFE equivalent
* Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
* Previous administration experience (required)
* Experience or knowledge of current Order 43 legislative requirements
* Prior knowledge of NSW Coal Mining industry
* Ability to work in a team and independently with a focus on customer service excellence
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Friendly and professional outlook combined with a strong work ethic
* Discretion and the ability to keep information confidential
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
