Communications Specialist | Global FinTech | 12-Month Contract Our client, a market-leading global FinTech, is growing and looking for top talent to join their Communications team.

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will support AU Communications as part of a global communications team.

You will be recognised and valued while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, focusing on internal (70%) and external (30%) communications, events, thought leadership and campaigns.
What Will a Typical Day Look Like?
Own and manage both internal and external communications, from strategy through to execution.
Tell compelling stories, translating internal changes into engaging content that resonates with employees and supports brand-building externally.
Develop communications materials (e.g., talking points, speeches) for Global Leadership Teams and C-suite executives.
Maintain and build relationships with marketing segment leads, key stakeholders across customer success, product, brand marketing, and various other business units.
Integrate measurability into communications programs, gather insights, and continuously improve efficiency.
Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in a communications role (ideally within a FinTech or Financial Services environment).
Proven experience working within an in-house communications team, managing both internal and external communications.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong background in delivering internal communications and leading campaigns from strategy through to execution.
Expertise in measuring the impact of internal communications.
Ability to craft and deliver compelling stories both verbally and visually across various media channels.
Benefits: Attractive starting salary: $135,000 + Super (paid on a daily rate of $520 per day + Super).
Initial 12-month contract, with the potential to extend.
Contractor benefits: paid public holidays, recharge days, and one week off between Christmas and New Year.
