In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the 'beauty of health' with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, SkinCeuticals).With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fuelled by +7.5k employees around the world.We are looking to recruit a National Retail and Design Manager to join our SkinCeuticals team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will lead the execution of store/clinic designs and layouts, fixture development, visual merchandising elements and present design concepts and project plans to key stakeholders across both local and Zone teams.ABOUT THE ROLE: Provision of expert design advice to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medi-spas, and/or specialist pharmacies on the execution of store layouts and fixture development.Partner with the commercial teams as required to manage the design & implementation across all brands.Partner with the customer to ensure design supports and enhances brand, marketing, merchandising and store operations.Manage the design vision for assets with implementing and delivering the agreed plan.Manage initial and ongoing design elements such as fixturing, lighting and store design.Manage samples, specifications, and fixture design guides for prototype concepts.Partner with the customer to ensure visual merchandising design supports and enhances brand, marketing, and store operations.Manage capex and A&P budgets.Provision of guidance and thought leadership for interior and fit out design, reviewing interior design concepts, completing store fit outs, customer showcases, and popups.Provide advice and support on broader SkinCeuticals activities and initiatives, such as event building, as directed by Manager.ABOUT YOU: Retail design management/ visual merchandising experience is preferred.Knowledgeable about materials, finishes and construction methods.Understanding of the ANZ retail landscape and leading practices.Proficiency in Adobe Suite & Sketch Up.Creativity and innovation.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong stakeholder management capabilities.ABOUT THE PERKS: Profit share, Life Insurance and Income Protection.Hybrid work environment.
