About the role We are currently recruiting for a Powerline Worker to join our Assets and Operations Team based in Dungog.
As a Powerline Worker, you will be responsible for the general construction, installation, connection, maintenance and repair of both high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) distribution network assets and equipment.
In this role you will join a supportive team that works across Essential Energy's entire corporate and network business.
About You You will have a collaborative approach and understand the importance of working side by side with colleagues and customers.
You will positively contribute to the community and stakeholders, whilst putting safety at the forefront of everything you do.
Required Qualifications Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead.Driver's licence.WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Cert.Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licences, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role are essential.Basic computer skills appropriate for the role.Any participation in an out of hours On-Call roster will require you to be in the general vicinity of the on-call area.Why Essential Energy We offer competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience and 16% superannuation.
