The Role We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Paid Media Specialist to support the business through developing and implementing a comprehensive content and marketing strategy across media, paid and owned channels, aligned with the company's overall marketing and commercial objectives. Focus will be on creating the strategy and deliver of paid media marketing including SEM and Meta. Grow awareness, consideration and convert customers to enquire onsite Work in collaboration with marketing and sales to ensure campaigns are consistent with brand values and deliver maximum ROI for the business Collaborate/Provide feedback with creative and content teams to produce assets for paid media. Understand target audience segments and develop strategies to increase audience engagement and conversion activity.
