$79,176 - $86,438 + up to 15.4% SuperannuationCanberra - ACTThe RoleAs an APS 4 Capability Analyst, you will coordinate and review committee meetings inputs pertaining to DDG, including written and verbal ICT military capability briefings that are aligned with the Defence Integrated Investment Program (IIP) and Defence Digital Strategy and Roadmap (DDSR).You will be responsible for supporting the preparation of procedures and recommendation of best practices and process improvements.
Your input will be critical in supporting communication and consultation processes across the division, group and wider Defence to effectively assess military digital demands.You will be responsible for supporting the development of informative briefings to executive officials or groups within the organisation to assist in decision-making.
Through the briefings, you will support the identification and review of ICT or digital related risks in the IIP and impact in broader and internal digital spaces.Specifically, you will: Coordinate with senior capability analysts to support the management of capability projects where DDG has equities in investment forums.Support information requirements flows from multiple forums from various domains of expertise.Coordinate a cohesive structure of deliverables with multiple timelines supporting stakeholder relationship engagement by reviewing dates, documentation and closing gaps of information and latest updates.Develop acumen to identify, evaluate and communicate digital pressures/threats, interdependencies, opportunities and impacts that are aligned with Digital ICT strategy.About our TeamThis APS 4 Capability Analyst position is part of the Military Digital Demand (MDD) Directorate of the Defence Digital Group (DDG).
MDD is the group's engagement lead to identify, prioritise and influence Military digital demand across the Defence ecosystem to achieve integrated and resilient military digital platforms.
