ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A boutique studio located in the heart of Crows Nest 2065, with a perfect size of 15 people, where collaboration and open communication are key. They create quality design solutions for their repeat clients within the low-density residential, aged care, and community sectors.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Lead your team to achieve excellence in the early stages and the post-DA stages of all projects. Liaise with clients and coordinate with consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of a variety of projects.
DUTIES.
4. Encourage your team to assist you every step of the way!
5. Work with the client on concepts and manage their expectations
6. Create feasibility studies and manage the financials of the project
7. Oversee post-DA stages and ensure the correct delivery of them
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
8. Architectural registration is highly valued
9. Proven expertise with ArchiCAD in local projects
10. Energetic, positive, ambitious, and driven personality
11. Residential experience is a must
