MOTACKLE & OUTDOORS is looking for a salesperson to join the team in the fishing store.
MO Tackle has always been the Go-To fishing tackle & outdoors retail store on the mid north coast, showcasing the largest range of fishing tackle Australia wide, we are a family-owned independent company located in the heart Coffs Harbour NSW.
As a salesperson, (retail attendant) the successful applicant will be well presented, outgoing, friendly, able to work as a team and autonomously.
The successful applicant will be welcomed to the team with open arms, a wealth of fishing knowledge gathered over the years from our team and a generous staff incentive program to keep you fishing and out on the water on your days off.
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and availability.
- Willing and able to work weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to reliably perform at an individual level in a high paced retail environment.
- A passion for providing expert fishing knowledge to customers.
- Ability to follow organisational policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of all things fishing.
- Basic computer knowledge across multiple POS and inventory software packages.
- Sales experience.
- Merchandising experience, stocking shelves, making them presentable at all times.
Ideal, but not crucial.
- Retail operations experience
- Retail qualifications
- Retail management experience.
