The opportunity Based in Australia – join our Head Office in Adelaide or work remotely Work with an established team on projects across the Indo-Pacific Provide high level strategic advice and leadership Champion continuous improvement and innovation Key responsibilities Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team, senior leaders, and staff across COZ on communications best practices, strategy development, and execution at an enterprise-wide level. Partner closely with Markets, Clients and Strategy, HR, Delivery Teams, and Project Team Leaders to ensure alignment between communications initiatives and business objectives. Act as a key point of contact for corporate and project advisors, ensuring cohesive communication strategies that drive organisational goals. Lead and manage engagement with key external stakeholders to maximise brand exposure and opportunities for collaboration that align with the company's strategic vision. Oversee relationships with external suppliers, such as agencies and freelancers, ensuring they deliver high quality outputs that meet strategic objectives. Drive the development and execution of the strategic direction for all internal communication, media, and PR activities, ensuring alignment with Tetra Tech International Development's Growth and Transformation Strategy. Direct the development, implementation, and evaluation of corporate communications, media, and external engagement strategies to enhance brand reputation and support the company's objectives. Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline. At least five years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience producing high-quality publications. Experienced in writing B2B content for different mediums. Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, including social media channels, social scheduling tools, front-end website development/editing tools, marketing automation tools, CRM, EDM tools, and design tools like Adobe and Canva Pro. Strong organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
