We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a key program of work within a regulatory environment. This role is an initial contract until 30 June, with a 6 month extension option, offering a great opportunity to work on business process improvements and system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather and document business and functional requirements.Prepare specifications for system configuration and development.Conduct walkthroughs to validate business analysis outputs.Provide business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle.Work with IT to design and develop SharePoint sites incorporating Power Automate.Develop Future State System Workflows (BPMN 2.0) and UML Use Cases.Apply business analysis techniques to document objectives, outcomes, and workflows.Support testing activities, including test plan and case development.Ensure project documentation aligns with frameworks and quality standards.Manage sensitive information and maintain records in accordance with policies.Desirable Skills & Knowledge:Experience with BPMN 2.0 and UML Use Case development.Background in government projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.Experience with SharePoint and familiarity with Power Platform.This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to contribute to a critical program in a structured and collaborative environment.
