About The Role
Lead the store operations functions to drive a positive, sales focused culture and deliver profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
8. Develop Warehouse and Administration teams knowledge and capability
9. Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries
10. Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements
11. Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures
12. Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems
About you
13. 2+ years of retail leadership experience
14. Demonstrated warehouse and administration experience
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
16. People leadership experience
