Great opportunity for an Administration Officer to join a progressive Project Delivery Company and help us deliver QLD Projects We regularly have opportunities in the Brisbane & wider QLD region and are seeking experienced Administration Officers - interested in joining us and capable of committing to the following assignments for an initial 1-2 year durations with the possibility of ongoing extensions and other projects. Responsibilities: • Provide effective administration for project teams; Mandatory Experience As a guide, the person applying for this role would need a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in supporting a team of professionals, preferably in the Civil Roads Infrastructure Construction or Engineering/Mining/Resources type office environment. • Computer skills in Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, file management and confident with using MSOutlook / email programs. • The ability to 'touch type' would be mandatory. Must have a valid driver's licence and have access to own transport to/from home to site or office locations that may not be serviced by public transport. Preference will be given to someone already living in Brisbane or Queensland.
