Position Purpose:
To support the delivery of IT services to DLCS offices and schools. This role supports the underlying Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that contribute to enabling students to achieve the fullness of life.
Work Requirements:
* A current/valid Australian Driver’s Licence and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
* Hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain if the successful candidate
* Requirement to travel between locations.
* Working 48 weeks of the year.
Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification at certificate level or above and/or experience providing technical support to users in an organisational setting.
* ITIL 4 Certification.
Work Experience:
* Five years experience in a service delivery role.
Key Capabilities:
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., Freshservice, Helpdesk).
