You will play a crucial role in increasing brand visibility, website traffic and online conversions through paid media, SEO, CRM, and content marketing.If you thrive on innovation, love tracking performance, and have a growth mindset, this role could be for you!The role:Develop and execute innovative digital strategies that increase direct bookings for our hotels, restaurants, and spasManage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads and other digital platformsLead SEO strategy and website content management to improve search rankings and visibilityCollaborate with the CRM Manager to expand audience reach and develop targeted campaignsWork with the sales and revenue teams to create promotions that drive conversions and meet consumer demandTrack, analyse and report on digital performance, focusing on website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investmentLeverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta for Business to gain insights and drive optimisationManage digital marketing budgets and financial reporting, ensuring effective allocation of resourcesDevelop compelling, on-brand content for social media, PPC ads, and campaign landing pagesMaintain and update digital platforms with promotions, events and key brand messagingGrow and engage social media audiences, working with the marketing coordinator to track and analyse trendsWork closely with agencies and suppliers on digital marketing initiatives, including PPC and search metaEnsure all marketing efforts align with brand messaging, company goals, and industry best practicesMore about you:You are a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving measurable results.
