The Program Director will lead a team dedicated to delivering large-scale, cross-functional platform initiatives, and will be responsible for establishing the program team, effective program governance, managing key delivery and reporting elements of the projects, and allocating and optimizing resources to deliver multiple individual projects within tight timeframes and budget constraints.

The ability to negotiate and inspire change across a broad spectrum of issues resulting in large-scale impact and long-term implications for the university is critical, as is the ability to facilitate and successfully collaborate with stakeholders to adopt change where there are conflicting interests and opinions.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
