Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Performance: Execute paid search strategies across Google, Bing, and Apple Search. Optimise bid management, drive a “test and learn” culture and manage high-impact campaigns to meet spending and acquisition targets.
* Develop and update the App strategy (Paid App & ASO) and internal workflows to grow organic visibility & increase downloads on both Apple and Google Play app stores.
* Measurement & Insights: Develop SEM budgets aligned with acquisition goals and analyze data to uncover actionable insights and present them effectively to stakeholders.
* Innovation: Create experimentation roadmaps to test new features and strategies and leverage external partnerships to capitalise on platform opportunities.
* Leadership: Foster a high-performing team and drive growth and collaborate to integrate Search into broader business strategies.
What Experience Will You Bring?
* Essential: 3+ years of SEM experience with a proven record of achieving performance targets.
* 1-2+ years in leadership roles, managing and developing successful teams.
* Advantageous: Understanding of SEO, App Store strategies, ASO (App-Store Optimisation) tools and an MMP (Mobile Measurement Platform).
* Familiarity with reporting tools for optimising, tracking and reporting.
