As a Business Development Manager in our Legrand Data Center Solutions (LDCS) team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data centers.
Reporting to the LDCS Head, ANZ, this Melbourne-based role provides a unique opportunity to make an impact in high-profile sectors such as Government, Colocation, and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).With variety, challenge, and the chance to collaborate with industry experts, this role is designed for someone who's ready to bring their ideas, enthusiasm, and expertise to the table.
Regular travel across Australia ensures no two days will look the same, offering the excitement of creating meaningful connections nationwide.Your responsibilities will Include:Identifying and driving new business opportunities across key sectors, including Government and BFSI.Building trusted relationships with decision-makers, consultants, Tier-2 partners, and distributors.Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.Using your technical expertise to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Representing Legrand at industry events while staying ahead of market trends to uncover new opportunities.What we're looking forAt least 5 years in business development or sales within data center or enterprise IT infrastructure markets.Proven ability in consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic account planning.Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling, racks, and cabling.Self-driven, strategic thinker with strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills.Australian citizenship is preferred, with the capacity to obtain security clearance if required.What's on OfferJoining Legrand means becoming part of a forward-thinking team where your contributions truly matter.
