You will be supporting people policies, procedures and disciplines to improve business efficiencies and maintain compliance.This role will entail but is not limited to:In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, minimising legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance;Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues;Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations;Supporting workforce retention by working closely with management and employees;Providing detailed HR policy guidance and interpretation;Providing high level EBA guidance and interpretation;Supporting the delivery of operational recruitment processes as aligned with McColl's classifications.About youYou will be a driven, practical individual who is passionate about people.
You will have exceptional relationship management skills, underpinned by your ability to build trust and influence across a diverse range of stakeholders.
