**About the Role**This position will play a critical role in shaping the NLC's communications and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that highlights the NLC's projects and achievements.As a Senior Communications and Marketing Officer, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive impactful engagement. You will also represent the NLC at festivals and cultural events through displays and promotional materials.**Key Responsibilities**Develop and implement communications and marketing plans that align with the NLC's goals and objectives.Create engaging content for various mediums, including social media, website, and publications.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive impactful engagement.Represent the NLC at festivals and cultural events through displays and promotional materials.**Requirements**To be successful in this role, you will need:Exceptional cross-cultural, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven experience in providing quality project management of varied projects specific to marketing, engagement, and communications.Bachelor of Business, Marketing and Communications; or relevant equivalent qualifications; or relevant experience.Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience working in developing and delivering a range of culturally appropriate multimedia communications and engagement resources.**What We Offer**We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A base salary of $98,725 per annum.14.5% superannuation.Salary sacrificing up to $15,900.Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
