Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, to support business decision making.Prepare financial year-end reports for external accountants (and/or auditors), providing supporting information and managing delivery within reporting timeframes. Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on processes and policies.Assist with the annual budgeting process and audit requirements. Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: Contribute to the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice. Operational Compliance: Contribute to the ongoing compliance of the team to financial requirements. Internal Relationship Management: Develop a business partnering relationship with internal regional managers, providing them with relevant financial information and supporting them in financial decision making. About you: Experience in a finance role within a commercial organization is important for this role.In addition, the successful candidate will have: CPA certification or working towards.Proven self-initiative and problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and willingness to get involved.Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team.High level of confidentiality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
