Job Summary
As a Manager in our Cyber Strategy and Transformation team, you will be responsible for managing client engagements and projects to deliver a range of cyber security related services. This includes providing advice on cyber risk assessments, developing cyber strategies, and implementing cyber capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client engagements and projects to deliver cyber security related services
• Demonstrate problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills
• Manage small teams of diverse cyber security resources to deliver projects locally and nationally
• Apply knowledge of industry cyber trends to provide advice on cyber security solutions
• Enable and inspire the growth of team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management
About You
We are seeking professionals who can demonstrate required cyber expertise matched with the following qualities:
• Experience in providing cyber security advice and delivery of cyber security projects
• Broad knowledge and practical understanding of cyber security domains and capabilities
• Ability to think innovatively and apply design concepts to solving cyber security problems
• Ability and interest in building an internal and external network with other professionals and clients to help craft the best teams and offerings
• Knowledge of relevant cyber trends, standards, practices and regulatory compliance in the Australian environment
• Experience leading project teams and coaching junior staff
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Certification(s) to credentialise your experience, such as CISM, CISSP, SABSA, vendor certifications – along with the motivation to continue your learning journey
• Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently
