Desired Skills and Experience About you Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in community development, community services, diversity and inclusion, or other relevant field. Ideally, you will have experience in supporting the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of programs, policies and strategies to strengthen communities as well as strong communication and networking skills to establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
