* Develop and implement legislative and policy proposals, including Cabinet Minutes, Briefing Papers, and instructions to Parliamentary Counsel.
* Manage and coordinate substantial legislative and policy projects.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including the Law Society, Bar Association, and Law Reform Institute of Tasmania, to gather input on legislative and policy development.
* Conduct research on emerging legal and policy issues and provide strategic advice to senior leaders.
* Prepare high-level documents for the Attorney-General, including replies to correspondence and other materials.
