Carpentry & Cabinet Making (Trades & Services)Access Cabinets take pride in providing exceptional cabinet making & fit out services with a specialised focus on commercial, business and office fit outs.Our expertise, coupled with our dedication to delivering superior quality and value to our clients, has distinguished us as the go-to choice for businesses throughout Perth and beyond.Job Title: Production ManagerLocation: Perth, Western AustraliaThe Role:As the Production Manager at Access Cabinets, you will be a proactive and driven leader working with the overall management team & production staff, ensuring the seamless production, delivery and installation of our joinery products.Your role will involve management & supervising our production process, coordinating logistics where needed with our Project Manager, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency within the overall operations of the team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day Production operations, ensuring all orders are processed and manufactured on time, whilst maintaining a culture of accountability and improvement within the team members.Have strong team building and leadership skills to motivate and lead our talented team to consistently achieve and exceed production targets.Implement strategies to optimise and streamline production & operations.Coordinate with our drafters & project manager to meet project timelines and production schedules.Analyse production data to identify and resolve issues that may affect overall operations.Routinely inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards of our QC system.Develop and enforce policies that enhance efficiency and productivity in the overall operations.Communicate updates about current production with clients and co-workers.Perform live updates to computer systems of work to monitor overall operations & progress.Manage staff hours and shifts where required to achieve required production.Requirements:Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the cabinet making fit out industry.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a joiner or carpenter.Extensive knowledge of industry-specific joinery techniques, equipment, safety standards, CAD CAM and production processes.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve production issues effectively.Excellent time management, communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant PC applications such as Jobman, Smartsheet.Valid driving license and the right to live and work in Australia.Competitive salary & conditions!Opportunity for growth!Team environment working together!Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a production manager?Do you have professional cabinet making experience?How many years of people management experience do you have?#J-18808-Ljbffr
