JOB TITLE: Data Scientist
LOCATION: Mossville, IL
ON SITE/HYBRID/REMOTE: On site
SALARY: $37.00 - $40.00/hour

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Dealer Work Order Standardization & Data Analysis:
• Analyzed and standardized dealer work order input data from various dealers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborated with dealer Team Leads to obtain the right data inputs and improve the standardization process.
• Conducted comparisons between manual work order inputs and Snowflake database records to facilitate future automation efforts.
2. Collaboration with Team & Application Development:
• Worked closely with the team, which is building an application based on standardized work order inputs.
• Provided data structure requirements to ensure seamless integration of dealer work order inputs into the system.
3. Automation & Snowflake Data Integration:
• Partnered with the automation team to transition manual work order standardization into an automated pipeline within Snowflake.
• Ensured that developers have direct access to the standardized work order data stored in Snowflake.
4. Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Enhancements:
• Maintained and enhanced Power BI dashboards to meet client and internal reporting requirements.
• Implemented new visuals, relationship table changes, and data optimizations to improve reporting efficiency.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• BS or MS degree and 2-5 years of experience.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. Data Standardization & Analysis – Worked on improving data accuracy and standardization for dealership work orders.
2. Automation & Data Pipelines – Helped transition manual processes into automated workflows within Snowflake.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work – Coordinated with dealer leads, application developers, and automation teams.
4. Power BI Development – Made enhancements to dashboards, created new visuals, and optimized data relationships.
5. Snowflake Database Management – Worked with internal databases (e.g., Helios) within Snowflake to standardize and automate work order inputs.
