Sydney Asset Management Permanent A rapidly growing Asset Management firm is seeking an experienced Content and Digital Communications Manager to join them supporting the Heads of Sales. This is a brand new role reporting to the Head of Sales. As the Investor Digital Communications and Content Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive new investor leads for the firm’s platform. This includes engaging with Direct Investors, Intermediary Clients, Middle Market Investors, and Institutional Investors through a variety of channels, including online marketing, in-person events, sponsorships, and targeted campaigns. You will work closely with the Sales and management teams to develop and execute bespoke communications strategies and initiatives aimed at expanding our investor base and enhancing our brand presence. You will also be responsible for curating and coordinating informative and educational content for our various investors and investment channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive and targeted marketing strategies to attract new investors and retain existing ones. Generate compelling digital content for investment opportunities, fund reports, investment research, and economic updates to effectively communicate our value proposition. Manage all aspects of investor events, functions, and educational presentations, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, including email direct marketing, paid search, social media and optimised for SEO. An ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience: Excellent written and verbal communication is essential, including the ability to draft engaging and impactful communications that contain a compelling narrative and persuasive arguments. Strong knowledge and familiarity with financial services industry – ideally fund management or FinTech Strong organisational skills and ability to work well individually and as part of a team. Effective at planning, organisation, and time management, self-starter, prioritises tasks, attention to detail, takes responsibility and ownership. Ability to analyse data arising from communications activity and to identify trends, using analysis to inform and improve on future communications campaigns and to also make recommendations to management. Strong numerical skills with the ability to manage and monitor budgets in accordance with financial requirements. Experience with driving content to and updating company website, linkedin, and other content pages. Strong interpersonal, teamwork and influencing abilities. Ability to identify, create and drive communication and marketing opportunities without direction and drive forward delivery. It would be helpful if the candidate has the following knowledge & experience: Salesforce and Account Engagement WordPress and CMS Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) to create the visually appealing content
