Senior Asset Manager, you will:Strategically Lead : Manage the delivery of the
Services Agreement, ensuring contractual KPIs are achieved and financial goals met.Optimize Asset Performance : Provide technical expertise to draft proposals, feasibility studies, and briefing papers for client consideration.Enhance Asset Data : Oversee asset data management, routine recapture processes, and reporting granularity for improved visibility and decision-making.Support Technical Alignment : Review technical documents and scopes to ensure alignment with asset management plans prior to recommending programs or capital replacements.Collaborate Closely : Work with the
Technical Asset Director ,
Technical Writer, and
Data Analyst
to deliver comprehensive reporting, insights, and asset condition assessments.Ensure Compliance : Establish and maintain asset maintenance management frameworks, building compliance standards, and performance improvement strategies.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver innovative solutions to enhance building performance, critical infrastructure, and lifecycle management.Provide day-to-day technical support to operations teams, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.Act as a

Essential Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in
Asset Management ,
Engineering ,
Business Administration, or a related field.Strong experience
in asset management or a related discipline.Expertise in asset management principles, methodologies, and tools.Proven experience drafting briefings, feasibility studies, and technical document reviews.Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Knowledge of legislative and statutory maintenance requirements.Proficiency in CMMS, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Desirable Skills & CertificationsMaster's degree in
Asset Management ,
