Insurance Claims Manager Your new companyOur client is a leading Brokerage, who specializes in placing insurance risks across domestic & commercial businesses. The primary objective of the role is to manage your own portfolio of claims from lodgement to completion and provide an excellent level of service to the customer. Your new role As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing clients' claims from start through to settlement with the aim of obtaining a fair and reasonable outcome. Work alongside brokers in supporting their clients in their time of need. Communicating effectively with insurers in relation to claims and determining coverage and negotiating settlements. Provide a timely and efficient service for your clients. Detailed notes on Winbeat are to be entered on all claims. Mentor and train team members in the claims department. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed as a Claims Manager, you will have: Previous claims experience as an insurer or broker across commercial lines. Tier 1 Insurance Broking (preferred) Exceptional customer service skills and excellent time/portfolio management skills.
