The Opportunity
We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a Finance Manager to lead delivery of critical documentation and a knowledge management operating model, which is a key control to the delivery risk of the E2E Process Optimisation & Controls stream of the FST program.
This role exists to produce and deliver process documentation and implement a knowledge management operating model with relevant process owners of the Group’s core business and finance processes across:
* Procure to Pay (P2P)
* Record to Report (R2R)
* Acquire to Retire (A2R)
* Order to Cash (O2C)
The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focussed in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.
What you’ll do:
* E2E ownership of the design, development, implementation and embedding of documentation in respect of the e2e processes and systems implemented by the process stream leads
* Collaborate with the other FST streams to understand and consider interdependencies and impacts
* Assess and manage delivery and delivered risk (including change management) in collaboration with the relevant governance and delivery forums
* Advising and providing thought leadership to team members who will own sub-stream initiatives who are responsible for e2e delivery and outcomes
* Support the Senior Finance Manager - Process Optimisation on broader initiatives in the Finance Systems Transformation program
What you’ll bring:
* You will have a minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles at a Management level, including;
* Experience in designing and documenting business and finance processes (P2P, A2R, R2R and O2C)
* Experience in managing a large and complex finance systems and process implementation program (accounting process design and implementation highly regarded)
* Experience in facilitating a variety of people; experience in storytelling and presenting to senior business stakeholders
* Complex project implementation experience
* Experience with SAP Finance will be highly regarded
