The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking, communication, organisation skills and have excellent attention to detail to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our daily operations.The Central Specimen Reception (CSR) service unit is part of the Institute of Clinical Pathology and Medical Research (ICPMR) in the Western Sydney Local Health District. Duties include the supervision and delegation of specimen reception tasks and workflow, training of technical assistant staff, taking part in the initial data entry and processing of specimens, verification of specialised test results, preparation of materials and the maintenance of equipment in line with established laboratory processes, procedures and protocols.Interested in joining Australia’s largest public pathology service?
