The Role Technical Lead Structural on various projects Engineering Design calculations / Analysis / Checks and Reviews Provide technical direction and mentoring to the Structural / Civil Team from concept through to detailed engineering Design Developing efficient structural engineering designs and overseeing the design documentation. Involvement in business development activities, including bids and client interactions. Proficient with Analysing structural systems using the latest software Client coordination including meeting our clients' expectations and project objectives. Technical Reports Preparation of Tender Submissions Project Management for the delivery of consulting projects Team Management and Review Software and System Implementation Structural Engineering Audits and System Improvements Commercial and Monthly project reporting if required Site inspections within Australia as required About You Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering Australian recognised Structural/Civil Engineering degree that satisfies the entry requirements for Chartered membership with Engineers Australia Minimum 15 years of previous experience working within an engineering consultant environment or in equipment, piping, process and/or mining-related design. Excellent communication skills when working with cross-function teams.
