Experienced Change Director required to lead transformative change and communication strategies for a major HR transformation for a large Government department. We're seeking a dynamic Change and Communications Director to join the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) Program, a multi-year initiative aimed at modernizing HR systems. As the Change Director, you will: Lead developing and implementing comprehensive change and communication strategies aligning with organisational goals. Oversee UX design, persona development, and future state process mapping to ensure user-centric solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful change adoption and enhance user experiences. Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for proposed changes. Lead the development and delivery of training programs to support the success of change initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects in an HR environment or similar. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive high performance. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly regarded. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project management methodology and critical project activities.
