The role is offering full-time hours (Monday - Friday) in a service centre environment.

The role
Handle all inbound and outbound callsCompleting online registrationsAssisting with online portalAbility to ask "discovery" questions to gather the correct informationManaging expectations of clients and external stakeholdersProvide exceptional customer service by going over and above to meet client requirements on a daily basisFollow legislation and policies that are in placeSkills and experience
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre environment or customer service.
Demonstrated experience in customer service with a passion for servicing clientsAbility to work in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment ensuring deadlines are metExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong data entry skillsStrong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applicationsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyCan-do attitude, proactive and self-managedTeam player attitude and have excellent work ethicKey Requirements
