The Role As a Senior Associate in the Legal team, you will play a key role in supporting the legal needs of renewable energy projects, from development through to operations. This role focuses on managing the negotiation and documentation of complex construction transactions, such as EPC, O&M, and other critical agreements. Additionally, you'll handle commercial agreements for land leasing, power purchase, and joint ventures, as well as guide on dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. You will work independently and closely with both the Australian and Regional Legal Teams, contributing to strategic growth and smooth project delivery. About You You hold a Bachelor of Laws and bring 5–6 years of commercial legal experience, ideally with front-end construction practice. Your expertise spans complex construction contracts, and you are adept at drafting clear, commercially sound legal advice. With a high level of autonomy and professionalism, you're confident managing negotiations and supporting external counsel. You're a self-starter with strong industry knowledge, ready to contribute flexibly to a dynamic team.
