About the role: As a Division Director, you will provide leadership to a team of Consultants. Individually, you will be responsible for generating recruitment opportunities for your respective practice area and furthering the brand awareness and service offering of Robert Half. For candidates, you will manage the full talent lifecycle, from initial pre-screen to internal interview, through to finalisation of permanent or contract placements. For clients, you will be responsible for new business development activity; maintaining and developing existing relationships, job order generation, understanding their requirements and advising and recruiting; accordingly, to include interviewing, presenting of profiles, negotiation of salaries and fees and post-placement care. Your responsibilities will include: Demonstrating incremental growth of personal and team monthly performance and provision of quality customer service Coaching team members and reviewing monthly sales production; actively leading on business development endeavours and candidate acquisition Creating and maintaining a productive sales culture demonstrating inclusive leadership behaviours Growing your network to develop new and existing business relationships Building a talent pool/candidate pipeline Conducting all stages of a talent solution for your customers Understanding and analysing the market and sharing trends Participating in company events, networking, CSR activities, and other community engagement opportunities Who you are: You have previous experience in recruitment and management experience. Base range: We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with your experience. The role has scope for between $80k - $100k Super, plus an uncapped and transparent commission scheme.
