You’ll work closely with the Council’s executive team to implement strategic priorities that foster local economic vitality, infrastructure integrity, and an appealing sense of place. Your leadership will enhance the quality of life for the region’s residents, balancing growth with preservation.We seek a highly skilled leader with a background in local government or private sector management. You should have demonstrated experience in economic and community development, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. A strong understanding of NSW governance frameworks is essential, along with proven expertise in budget management, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable development.This position offers a TRP of up to $250K, five days of executive leave annually, vehicle leaseback, and the opportunity to significantly impact the Glen Innes Severn community.
