Are you a dedicated Early Childhood Educator passionate about creating a nurturing learning environment for young children? We are seeking a talented Early Childhood Teacher to join a passionate and dedicated team.
We are looking for a qualified Educator (minimum Diploma level) to join our team and support vulnerable children in a community-focused childcare setting. The role involves working with children in a large, open-plan room that serves up to 60 children, where you’ll be responsible for facilitating risky play activities, ensuring safety through regular risk assessments. Experience with high-needs children is an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate. The service is integrated with a family support service and works closely with the wider community, including activities like visits to local parks, aged care facilities, and a community garden.
As a charity, our client offers salary sacrifice benefits and is committed to ongoing professional development, including trauma-informed care training. Shared accommodation is an option should this be of interest. If you’re passionate about working with vulnerable children and enjoy being part of a collaborative, community-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
This position is eligible for incentives under the Department of Education’s 2024-25 3-year-old funded Kindergarten program. You could secure up to $26K in relocation assistance to move to Kyabram, a vibrant farming community with easy access to nature and the beautiful Goulburn River.

Please note: To be eligible for this role, you must hold full Australian working rights (i.e., be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident).
