We are seeking a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis (3 days a week). This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand and securing new projects. Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership and project teams to support marketing efforts and bid development, including: Bid Coordination: Preparing, formatting, and submitting tender and bid proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Coordinating and managing the bid process timeline, gathering input from internal stakeholders. Crafting compelling, tailored content that showcases our expertise and aligns with project objectives. Create and develop Bid content libraries. Marketing & Brand Management: Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Creating and managing content for social media, the company website, and promotional materials. Ensuring all materials align with the Hawthorne Civil brand guidelines and values. Data & Analytics: Tracking bid performance and providing insights to improve win rates. Monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. About You You’ll bring creativity, organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail to this role. Ideally, you have: Previous experience in marketing, bid coordination, or a related field (civil infrastructure experience is a plus). Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Proficiency in MS Office and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). A proactive attitude, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of the tendering process and Australian civil infrastructure industry (desirable but not essential).
