The Esplanade Hotel, built in 1898, is a well-established family-run business in the heart of Busselton. Since 1952, we've been servicing the community and its visitors, providing locally sourced bistro food, a TAB, bottle shop, and accommodation.
We have a casual and relaxed atmosphere and are open 7 days a week serving lunch, dinner, and functions, with a recently renovated kitchen, updated bar, and bistro area.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a busy restaurant
* Minimum Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
* Professional, positive, and supportive approach to leadership.
* Punctual, well-presented, and organized manner.
* Ambition to progress your career
* The ability to excel under pressure with great problem-solving skills.
* Great teamwork and communication skills.
* Attention to detail and a passion for sustainability.
* Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster including nights and weekends.
