We are a boutique recruitment agency that recruits selective personnel to act as nominee directors and shareholders.Nominee directors and shareholders are required by international companies, or professionals such as lawyers or accountants.There are various legitimate reasons for using a nominee director and shareholder arrangement.Remuneration can come in one of the 3 forms, Directors Fees, Salary or a percentage of quarterly profits., or a percentage of quarterly profits.The RoleYou will be responsible for : Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.Working as a key part of the management team to establish business goals and objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.Managing the operations of the company and ensuring these are in line with the Company's strategy and goals.Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.Project managing office renovations or new office set-ups.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsWhat's on Offer?Opening within a company with a solid track record of successA role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesOpportunities for career growth & development
