Lead Sales Representative – Full-TimeLocation: Brighton Showroom

Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct face-to-face furniture sales within our Brighton showroom, delivering outstanding customer service.- Assist customers in selecting the right furniture to meet their preferences and needs.- Maintain and contribute to the overall showroom operations, ensuring furniture displays are always presented attractively.- Receive deliveries to the showroom, unbox and assemble new products to arrive- Oversee and manage the presentation and layout of the showroom, supervising labourers when required- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails, providing the necessary information and support.- Generate and send customer invoices using Shopify.- Assist marketing team as required. - Update website content.- Spot errors and ways to improve systems- Proactively follow up with customers for reviews, ensuring a positive post-purchase experience.- Address and resolve customer complaints with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationship-building.- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and other teams as required to contribute to company success.- Provide training to employees- Assist, support, supervise and train sales teams in interstate showrooms
Ideal Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.- A can-do attitude with the desire to contribute to the team and company as a whole- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Team player happy and willing to do what is required for the overall success of the business and happy to contribute however required - Ability to work quickly and efficiently- Attention to detail- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.- Preferable if you live locally to the showroom in Brighton
Working Hours:- This is a full-time role with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week - most likely Fri-Tue with Wed-Thur off.
